Our Promise
Every Liftin Gear sling is manufactured at a trusted, high-end facility with nearly two decades of partnership history. Every sling is load-tested at the factory, individually certified, and ships with full documentation. We stand behind our products with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
What’s Covered
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. If a Liftin Gear sling fails under normal use due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper rigging, exposure to sharp edges without appropriate edge protection, overloading beyond rated capacity, chemical exposure, or normal wear and tear. In over 20 years of production, the vast majority of sling returns have been traced to user misuse, not manufacturing defects.
